Arnie Merin

We hear much about "Catching a Star", but when you truly experience the heat of such an event, then it becomes a breathtaking experience. Arnie Merin was born in the Philippines. From her tiny frame explodes a voice packed with rare control and power, as well as a performance that brings an audience to there feet. She began singing at the age of six with her first public appearance as an opening act in the Philippines at the age of 12. Since that first live performance, many opportunities have developed. She performed in the Philippines at a self-titled "Live In Concert" at SM Centerpoint, San Pablo City concert, and a "Live In Concert" at the Entertainment Plaza. Arnie was the opening act for Ian Venida at SM North and sang at many Barrior Fiestas with top Philippine artists and perforners. As a representative of her high school and college, she participated in many national singing competitions achieving a number of titles in those she performed. Arnie recently attended the American Modeling and Talent Convention in Orlando, Florida and from a field of artists from 41 states and Canada, Arnie won the vocal competition. Being ambitious and a very well-rounded artist, in the soap opera acting competition, she won third place. She has attended acting classes , director-taught workshops, and vocal lessons over the last several years. The time sharpening her skills has been exciting and she is ready to put these slills to work toward a successful music career.
